About Chanté

I’m a relational therapist who works with people navigating the impact of their relationships — with others and with themselves. I believe that when our relationships don’t feel right, it shows up everywhere else in our lives. Much of my work centers on helping clients understand these patterns, take responsibility for their role within them, and move toward more honest, grounded ways of connecting.

My background spans both community mental health and private practice, and my approach is collaborative, direct, and strengths-based. Clients often describe me as relatable and straightforward, someone who knows what they need to hear, whilst remaining supportive and invested in meaningful change. I value clarity, accountability, and practical insight, and I work best with clients who are ready to engage honestly with themselves and their relationships.

When I’m not in therapist mode, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family (especially my little munchkins), listening to self-development or relationship podcasts, reorganizing again (it never seems finished), or getting lost in a good book — feel free to ask what’s on my reading list.

About Aijia

Hi, I’m Aijia (pronounced Ey-Gee-Uh). I approach therapy with a deep commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, emotionally safe, and accepted as they are. My work is grounded in compassion and care, while still supporting clients in moving toward meaningful change at their own pace.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals from BIPOC communities as well as creatives and working professionals, and I bring sensitivity to the ways culture, identity, and lived experience shape mental health.

Drawing from my extensive background in the industry of performing arts, I enjoy incorporating creative and expressive approaches when helpful—such as movement, drama, music, or other forms of expression—to support emotional exploration and regulation. Research supports the benefits of coupling this with evidence-based models.

My goal is always to work collaboratively, meeting clients where they are and supporting growth in ways that feel authentic, respectful, and aligned with their values.

When my therapist hat is off, I’m spending quality time with my family, staying active through long-distance running, exploring creative outlets and travelling, singing at church, and hosting or bringing a sense of order to my home (organizing is my thing)

About Zoya

Hi, I’m Zoya (pronounced Zo-Yah). I have a strong interest in supporting youth and young adults navigating mental health concerns alongside questions of identity, family, and belonging. I bring a thoughtful, culturally aware lens to therapy, informed by my experience as a first-generation South Asian woman.

I support clients who are working through complex emotional experiences, relational challenges, and periods of transition. I value therapy that helps people understand themselves more clearly, build resilience, and reconnect with what feels meaningful in their lives.

I offer counselling in English, Urdu, and Hindi.

When my therapist hat is off, you’ll usually find me staying active and moving my body, exploring creativity through art and music, or enjoying quiet time at home with the best cat named Bear.

Zaamilah brings a grounded, mind–body approach to therapy, rooted in the belief that emotional stress often lives not just in our thoughts, but in our bodies as well. Her work is collaborative and attuned, helping clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and move through life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and steadiness. Zaamilah works primarily with children, youth, and adults, and also supports couples.

Sessions are offered in English and Tamil.

Outside of the therapy room, Zaamilah spends her time teaching and practicing yoga and mindfulness, volunteering with community organizations, and enjoying dog mom life.

About Rasha

Rasha brings a grounded, thoughtful, and deeply human approach to therapy. Her work is rooted in curiosity, honesty, and respect for each client’s lived experience. She believes that meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and gently challenged to examine the patterns, stories, and beliefs shaping their lives.

Clients often appreciate Rasha’s ability to hold space for complex emotions while also helping them make sense of their experiences in practical, empowering ways. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process—one that invites reflection, insight, and intentional growth rather than quick fixes or surface-level solutions.

Rasha offers sessions in French, and has a working knowledge of Arabic.

Outside of therapy sessions you can find her recharging quietly (usually while travelling), staying active, or spending time with the people she loves.
